Does it Data?
Misinformation consistently shows up in our social media feeds, inboxes, and in the news. With so much noise constantly competing for your attention, it’s not always easy to tell what’s credible and what’s not – especially when reading complex scientific information.
At APF, we created this new resource to help make science easier to understand, and trustworthy information easier to spot, for everyone, not just scientists. When you’re scrolling, reading, or researching… how do you know if the information you’re seeing is trustworthy? You don’t have to be a researcher to understand science, so let’s break it down with some Green Flags, Red Flags, and tips for what to do next. Before you know it, you’ll be able to answer the question: Does it Data?
